In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between Sports Merchandising and Sales teams, owning North America Soccer channel assortments end-to-end and translating product strategies into actionable, channel-specific plans across the marketplace.
You will operate at the intersection of consumer insight, product strategy, and commercial execution, shaping Soccer assortments that drive sell-in confidence, marketplace productivity, and brand consistency across North America.
This is a high-visibility backfill role requiring autonomy, strong marketplace acumen, and the ability to manage multiple overlapping seasons simultaneously.

Top Must-HaveSkills:
- 3+ years of experience in Channel Merchandising, Sales, or Retail Planning.
- Strong understanding of retail and digital KPIs including:
- Sell-through.
- Margin.
- Weeks of supply.
- Bookings.
- Inventory productivity.
- Experience translating product strategies into channel- and tier-specific assortments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience in large, matrixed organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple seasons and overlapping GTM calendars.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills for GTM and account meetings.
- Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Experience in Footwear, Apparel, Equipment, or sport-related consumer products.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience with merchandising assortment software platforms.
- Experience in wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and specialty retail channels.
- Familiarity with AV tools (plus).
- Digital or multi-brand retail experience.
- Translate product strategies into channel- and tier-specific assortments.
- Balance consumer intent with account realities and capacity constraints.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for final NA channel views.
- Lead overlapping seasonal workflows from Market Readiness through GTM.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Planning, Brand, and Sport Merchandising.
- Ensure clean handoffs and clarity on final vs. in-progress product.
- Develop channel-specific storytelling and sell-in tools.
- Equip Sales teams with compelling assortments and clear priorities.
- Reduce friction at key marketplace moments.
- Analyze bookings, inventory, and in-market performance.
- Deliver actionable insights to refine future assortments.
- Balance growth, profitability, and brand consistency.
