Job Title: Merchandise Planner 3

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

• Manage part of the men's footwear business, including in-season management and pre-season planning.
• Conduct monthly re-forecast meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive productivity analysis and set seasonal targets with Buyers and Consumer teams.
• Influence Open to Buy activities using trend analysis for better forecasting.
• Develop product life cycle management strategies to optimize inventory and pricing.
• Support weekly business activities with reporting, analysis, and action recommendations.

• 5+ years of experience in merchandise planning or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and web-based planning tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and tell a compelling story.
• Experience in retail planning, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
