Merchandising Information Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Information Analyst to support regional merchandising operations through accurate data management, process coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product and assortment data is maintained with precision across multiple systems while supporting fast-paced, deadline-driven merchandising teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is equally comfortable working independently and partnering with diverse stakeholders to drive data quality and operational excellence.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

• Manage, update, and maintain product and line plan data across multiple merchandising and enterprise systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze and work with large datasets using Excel and other tools to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for data improvement.
• Partner closely with regional and territory merchandising teams to communicate updates, changes, and critical information in a timely and clear manner.
• Support assortment and line planning processes by developing a working understanding of product architecture, territory structures, and seasonal workflows.
• Execute regular audits and validation checks to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with planning, pricing, supply chain, technology, and analytics partners to align data and process needs.
• Contribute to process planning and continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and data reliability.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel with demonstrated experience analyzing and managing large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to varied audiences.
• Proven ability to plan, follow, and improve operational processes in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience working independently, taking initiative, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and problem‑solving in evolving business scenarios.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in data, merchandising, operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency with presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
• Prior experience within a global consumer, retail, or merchandising organization is strongly preferred.

Up to $36/hr. (DOE)
