You will be a key player in the forecasting process through each code gate up to the Order Entry Deadline, ensuring that the seasonal forecast aligns with the monthly operating plan and the overall vision for the season.

This role connects demand planning, marketplace bookings, and business strategy to enable seasonal success.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of the Global Enterprise Business Planning team, working closely with global and geo partners across Brand, Sport & Marketplace. You will also partner with Analytics and Tech teams to automate processes and decision tools.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a strategic leader who thrives in complexity and drives clarity. You bring deep expertise in seasonal planning, cross‑functional partnership, and performance management. You are a strong communicator who can translate complex concepts into actionable insights and influence senior stakeholders. You foster innovation, align teams, and build strong partnerships across functions.

Seasonal Performance Management
  • Drive the seasonal forecasting rhythm and gate reviews from early concepts through Order Entry Deadline.
  • Align seasonal forecasts to the Monthly Operating Plan and the seasonal vision; highlight variances and corrective actions.
  • Synthesize global and geo demand signals with marketplace bookings to ensure cohesive seasonal execution.
Strategic Storytelling & Decision Support
  • Create and communicate the season storyline to executive and geo audiences, including risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Lead scenario modeling for trade‑off decisions (e.g., timing, margin, cost‑to‑serve) and frame options with clear P&L impact.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders in recurring forums (e.g., Seasonal Business Reviews דבר code gate checkpoints).
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Decision Rights
  • Establish decision rights and escalation paths across Global–Geo stakeholders for seasonal performance topics.
  • Influence tool and process roadmaps with Analytics/Tech; serve as business owner for key seasonal reporting assets.

Tools, Automation & Innovation
  • Sponsor automation of seasonal forecast and bookings reporting; define requirements for analytics dashboards and eventual AI‑supported solutions.
  • Drive adoption of standardized metrics and data definitions across geos to improve speed and accuracy.
  • Continuously identify process improvements that reduce manual balloons and improve decision quality.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • 5+ years leading teams with a track record of developing talent and driving results.
