• Develop and implement seasonal and allocation plans to meet financial targets, focusing on revenue, margin, and inventory.
• Create detailed load-in and replenishment strategies for various locations, adjusting allocations based on performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute trade activities to boost full-price sales.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and Weeks of Supply (WOS) across all channels.
• Advise on size curve opportunities during pre-season planning.
• Support new store openings with timely and accurate product allocation.

Skills Required:

• Strong ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in using data to drive decision-making and communicate business needs.
• Experience in allocation planning and understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning.
• Knowledge of merchandise and consumer strategies.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
