The A-Level Diagnostic Technician is responsible for performing high-level diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. This role requires advanced technical expertise, precision, and the ability to train and support junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced diagnostic testing on engines, drive trains, electrical systems, and emissions.
- Troubleshoot drivability, performance, and electrical issues using OEM-level tools.
- Complete high-level repairs and verify repair accuracy through test drives.
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate findings clearly.
- Mentor B- and C-level technicians to improve diagnostic and repair efficiency.
- Stay current with new vehicle technology, diagnostic tools, and training.
- 7+ years of automotive technician experience with diagnostic expertise.
- ASE Master Technician certification (preferred).
- Advanced drivability and electrical system knowledge.
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and use OEM-level tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
