Overview
We are looking for an Administrative Assistan
t for a one-year hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. Your ability to anticipate needs and execute tasks with precision will directly contribute to the productivity and success of senior leaders and diverse groups across the organization. - Expertly manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple leaders, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in Outlook.
- Coordinate and execute event planning from conception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Arrange and manage intricate travel itineraries and logistics for team members.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a human resources team, enabling their focus on core objectives.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to evolving priorities.
- Exceptional calendaring skills, with proven expertise in managing complex schedules within Outlook.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with senior-level professionals and diverse groups.
- Strong background in event planning and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy.
- A strong track record of experience is valued over formal education for this role.
- Familiarity with Office 365 suite is a nice-to-have.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.00 to $26.67 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
