About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturer, is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Deductions Specialist to support their accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a team-oriented environment and analytical work related to trade claims, deductions, and short payments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, research, and process customer deductions, short pays, and trade claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Reconcile accounts and apply payments while maintaining detailed records of deductions and adjustments.
- Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze data and support reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
