- Reconcile vendor statements and efficiently resolve discrepancies.
- Manage the accounts payable inbox and professionally address vendor inquiries.
- Ensure accurate vendor records, including W-9 and 1099 compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment-related issues.
To be a fit, you must have:
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
