Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, sales associates also participate in visual merchandising, maintain store presentation, and focus on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay well‑informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver a seamless, omni‑channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process, gain awareness of product, new arrivals, and floor inventory; contribute to omni‑order fulfilment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up

• At least 16 years of age
• A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/Achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment, while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
