Senior Wireless Sales Experts supervise the customer experience, remove obstacles, and drive guest satisfaction using technology expertise and sales focus.

• Relationship Builder – Build relationships with guests, teammates, and field leadership through active listening, solution‑finding, and conversation initiation.
• Product & Services Expert – Translate wireless technology into clear, real‑world conversations, attend training, and stay current on products and services.
• Obstacle Remover – Make decisions, resolve escalations, and provide the tools and resources needed to keep guests and teammates productive.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail management (keyholder) experience, with customer interaction experience in a similar environment.
• Minimum 1 year of wireless sales and customer service experience.
• Experience operating a POS system with accurate transactions.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Retail store open 6–7 days a week. Hours vary 9 am–6 pm most days. We support life–work balance and flexible hours.

• Perform tasks that require bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
• Stand for 6–8 hours and maneuver merchandise as needed.
• Light cleaning duties (dusting shelves, cleaning counters, emptying garbage cans, etc.) to keep the store guest‑ready.

• Base salary $42,000–$52,500.
• Competitive hourly pay $19.75–$21 plus uncapped commission. Average work 30–40 hours per week, ~35 hours per week on average.
