Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club
. Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Maintain a well-kept parking lot and assist members with purchases; ensure carts are ready and available.
• Assist members with loading vehicles and support creating a positive member experience.
• Work on your feet in all conditions to provide timely service.
• Assist with member purchases, payments, and locating/organizing merchandise; ensure availability of carts/flatbeds and assist with transporting items.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greet members, answer questions, and promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and procedures; report unsafe conditions.

• Fill club pickup orders by contacting members about delays; notify when products are unavailable and offer alternatives.
• Pack and dispense items for pickup according to company policies; resolve member issues and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility by conducting safety checks and handling merchandise according to procedures.
• Process member purchases and payments according to policy; use cash registers and assist with transactions.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items and keeping parking lot clean.
• Collaborate with managers and coworkers to complete tasks and address opportunities for improvement.
