Position Overview:
Seasonal Selling Associate
The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise. This is a seasonal, morning shift role (6am–10am).

Key Responsibilities
- Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
- Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
- Provides customers with the right bra fit by asking effective questions
- Converts returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales
- Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processes transactions accurately
- Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases
- Replenishes and maintains floor-ready merchandise and backroom standards
- Executes floorset activities and adheres to brand standards
- Assists with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock management as needed

Salary
Minimum Salary: $12.00
Maximum Salary: $14.75
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, experience, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
