As a Sales Associate, you are a brand ambassador who brings personal style, passion for products, and welcoming energy to the sales floor every day. You’ll build genuine connections, help customers discover their unique look, and collaborate with teammates and managers to drive business and create a seamless customer experience.

• Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Complete training, use product‑knowledge tools, participate in fit sessions, and apply these experiences.
• Assist in store tasks, ensuring customers see us at our best.
• Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team.
• Act in a manner that aligns with our values.

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Available during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Can bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kg).
• Can move around all store areas to serve customers.

Hourly Range: $13.50 - $15.52
