This position requires independent critical thinking, technical expertise, and guidance in the design, development, integration, testing, and evaluation of complex systems. • Serve as technical representative for systems engineering methodologies, tools and processes.
• Lead and/or participate in design, development, and integration of systems, subsystems and components from concept to sustainment.
• Conduct detailed analysis and modeling of systems, including performance, effectiveness, and vulnerability assessments.
• Develop and maintain system specifications, technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify system performance and compliance.
• Analyze test data, identify performance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers and team members.
• Stay abreast of advancements in technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• 3+ years of systems engineering experience on complex systems.
• 2 years experience using modern digital engineering tools and processes.
• In‑depth knowledge of system-of-systems and design principles.
• Commanding understanding of engineering principles and processes.
• Proficiency with digital engineering software/tools (MATLAB, Atlassian, ANSYS, CAMEO, Team Work Cloud, CAD software, AFSIM, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant military standards and specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools, Python scripting.
• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
