ISR Analyst – Radiance Technologies

ResponsibilitiesProvide all‑source analysis on foreign Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) systems, blending technical understanding of telecommunications architecture with analysis. Deliver information discovery, compilation, analysis, and production of adversary C4
ISR characteristics, capabilities, performance, and vulnerabilities. Mentor peers in analytic tradecraft.
- Self‑motivated, works well in team and independently
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi‑task and set priorities
- Knowledge of analytical tradecraft processes, databases, and tools
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills (ICD 203/206)
- All‑source intelligence analysis on foreign PNT systems
- Developed improved intelligence analytic methodologies
- Briefed decision makers on findings
- Authored analytic reports
- BS degree and four (or eight) years of experience, or eight years in lieu of degree
- Active Top‑Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
