Base pay: $105,000 / yr – $105,000 / yr (regional truck drivers can earn up to $105,000 in their first year).

• Plan each day, set priorities, and work with the team to keep freight moving safely and on time.
• Communicate clearly, solve problems as they arise, and adapt to changes.
• Handle all required paperwork and electronic logs accurately while following DOT, state, and company guidelines.
• Operate your tractor‑trailer safely, inspecting it before, during, and after every trip.
• Run optimized routes, following traffic laws and local restrictions to reduce delays and improve on‑time delivery.
• Uphold Walmart’s high standards of safety, integrity, and professionalism on every mile.

• Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver’s License with Hazmat endorsement (or obtain it within 120 calendar days of hire) and a cleared background check.
• Minimum 30 months (2½ years) experience in a full‑time Class A tractor‑trailer position within the last 3 years.
• No more than two personal or commercial moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.
• No preventable accident resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history.
• Must live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or be willing to relocate within 90 days.
