• Assist all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Answer phone calls.
• Order, stock, and dispense parts to customers and the service department.
• Receive and sort incoming parts and supplies.
• Assist mechanics in determining the correct parts for equipment.
• Determine proper stock levels for common parts.
• Maintain inventory as needed.
• Work with other departments and be a team player.
• Assist with unloading trucks.
• Other duties as directed.

• Experience in parts sales and inventory is required.
