• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Oversee assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that sales promotions are executed correctly.
• Maintain front counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, with food safety and cost control, and that kitchen staff are trained in production procedures.
• Hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate staff throughout their tenure.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to delegate instruction and manage day‑to‑day operations.
