Key Responsibilities of the Travel Home Health Nurse:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following care plans and physician orders
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document progress accurately
Administer medications and perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled tasks
Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and treatment plans
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team
Ensure compliance with home health regulations, documentation, and safety protocols
Manage a daily schedule of home visits within the assigned region

Requirements of the Travel Home Health Nurse:
Active Wisconsin or Compact RN license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a Home Health setting
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
