Full-time, 0.8 or part-time possible.

$36.00 - $44.00 per hour.

M-F, 8am-4:30pm.

Nights and weekend rotations.

Within and surrounding areas of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

• RN License in the state of Wisconsin
• Current, valid driver's license
• 1 year of home health preferred
