Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes, best practices, installation standards, and other applicable processes or practices are being utilized effectively and safely.
- Participate in various cross-functional teams internally and externally to continually develop and refine organizational processes related to job site quality.
- Provide guidance to field employees, project supervisors, and management on matters concerning job site quality.
- Provide valid statistical information and applicable analyses to the Commissioning Manager regarding job site quality.
- Conduct job site or on‑site coaching and development of employees (related to audits and/or to assist with novel work or jobs in crisis).
- Perform project expectations review with project leadership and provide feedback, recommended corrective actions to Project Managers, work crew members, key management personnel, and support functions (e.g., Safety, Purchasing, Preconstruction Services, Engineering, Estimating, Productivity Group, Excellerate, ERM).
- Define work to be done; clearly communicate vision, objectives, and tasks to appropriate individuals; delegate tasks and communicate needs and expectations.
- Measure and monitor the work of direct reports and/or collective teams; coach and motivate direct reports to perform effectively; remove barriers to success and provide feedback, resources, and open communication.
- Coordinate and develop project‑specific commissioning schedule.
- Create project QA/QC‑CX schedule.
- Develop project‑specific lockout‑tagout (LOTO) safety plan.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED. - Experience:
10+ years of field experience, including not less than 5 years of successful experience as a project superintendent. - Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Travel: 75–100%.
- Work Schedule:
Between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday; flexibility required for nights, weekends, and holidays.
