It’s a tough job that requires judgment, math and the ability to multitask.

Job Requirements and DutiesYou are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule.
- Perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality.
- Transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.

GeneralJob Duties for All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
- Arithmetic—addition, subtraction, multiplication, division (may use calculator).
- Provide correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, telephone skills for orders.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Navigate delivery area and read maps.
- Deliver product while carrying trays and managing adverse terrain.
- Exposure to weather, temperature variations, food odors, cornmeal dust.
- Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500°F.
- Sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
- Vision—near, mid-range, far, night for driving.
- Depth perception.
- Distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, analyze and compile data, make decisions.
Physical Requirements- Standing, walking, sitting tasks described.
- Lifting cases up to 50 lbs.
- Carrying, pushing, pulling trays and pizzas.
- Climbing stairs if needed.
- Reaching above 72".
Delivery of pizzas within a designated area. Valid driver’s license required.
