Physical Therapist

Quad Med is looking for a Full time Physical Therapist to join our team at our new health center in Beaver Dam, WI. This role will work 32 hours a week with the ideal schedule being Monday-Thursday.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university or college;
  Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred

• Minimum one year of experience; minimum 3 years in an orthopedic clinic setting preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
