Mental Health Technician – Crisis Stabilization
Location:
Beaver Dam, WI
Shift: Full-Time 2nd Shift & every other weekend;
Part-Time 1st Shift & weekends.
Elevate is seeking Mental Health Technicians – Crisis Stabilization to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. Provide community-based support to individuals working to establish and/or manage their mental health and/or substance use disorders.
Responsibilities- Support individuals as they stabilize after a crisis or work toward maintaining independence in the community through supportive skill development and direct client care.
Pay: $17–$18 per hour

Monday - Thursday: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Every other weekend
Week 1:
Monday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM;
Saturday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Week 2:
Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM;
Sunday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in adult care, mental health, or substance use services encouraged
- Caring, compassionate, and person-centered approach
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to be covered under Elevate’s insurance to operate agency vehicles
