• Set plumbing fixtures, and fittings in new construction projects at schools, nursing homes, banks, and other commercial facilities.
• Installing new underground plumbing, valves, fittings, tubing with use of couplings, assemble pipe sections, clamps, screws, bolts, caulking, etc.
• Assist with carrying and installing equipment such as sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and appliances.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand plumbing layouts and specifications.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems and assist in troubleshooting plumbing issues.
• Help with the preparation and setup of tools and materials for plumbing projects.
• Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with all regulations and standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, techniques, and tools.

• Interest in pursuing a career in plumbing or a related field.
• Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment and perform physical labor.
• Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Work hours:
Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m.

--3:30 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch.

Pay is $28--$38 per hour DOE.
