Field Technician Industrial‑ Direct Hire

Location: Beaumont, TX, US

Salary Range: $18.00 to $19.00 Hourly

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Field Technicians to join our Industrial Services team. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in collaborative environments. As a Field Technician, you will perform essential fieldwork related to environmental services, industrial cleaning, vacuuming, tank cleaning, waste packaging and disposal, site demolition, emergency spill response, and site cleanup projects, all while working under direct or indirect supervision.

Daily tasks will be conducted in accordance with established procedures, policies, and practices.

• Perform heavy‑duty tasks requiring medium to maximum physical exertion, including frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying materials or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders or scaffolds while carrying tools and equipment, and work in confined spaces as required.
• Set up and break down equipment, such as hoses and tools, while adhering to safety procedures and conducting inspections.
• Maintain reliable transportation and be prepared to start work at designated times.
• Work primarily outdoors in a petrochemical refinery, with exposure to various weather conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE) or respirators may be required.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in hydro‑blasting or industrial environments is preferred.
• Experience in an industrial setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a TWIC card.
• Successful candidates will pass a physical, drug screening, and background check.

This is a drug and alcohol‑free workplace. Candidates will undergo employment verification, background checks, and pre‑employment physicals, as well as drug and alcohol screenings, with ongoing random testing to comply with Federal, State, and Customer requirements.
