We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team in our Beaumont, TX location. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, assist customers in finding the perfect styles and fits, and maintain a welcoming and organized shopping environment. Your daily responsibilities will include providing personalized styling advice, managing transactions, replenishing merchandise, and actively contributing to achieving sales goals while upholding Lane Bryant’s customer-focused values.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
• Sales skills, goal-oriented mindset, and experience in achieving sales targets
• Good organizational, visual merchandising, and store maintenance skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility in schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience or work in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Passion for fashion, styling, and empowering the community of Lane Bryant customers
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
