WIS International is recruiting a Retail Inventory Associate - Driver for the home improvement segment.

Starting Wage: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour. Part‑time, flexible hours.

• This team works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
• Safety first – responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws, conducting vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision – accuracy matters.

• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, and/or warehouse work is a plus – no inventory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

• Access to reliable transportation.

• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, be in low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.

• Competitive pay: eligibility for a productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum of $5.00.
