Position:
Customer Account Representative at Rent‑A‑Center.

Pay:
Minimum starting hourly rate of $13.73 per hour – $16.15 per hour.

• Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through “white‑glove” service with a servant’s heart in stores and customer homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Conduct deliveries and pickups, safely loading/unloading and installing products while following all handling, transportation procedures and maintaining vehicles.
• Maintain an inviting store, refurbishing merchandise to like‑new condition and keeping the showroom clean and organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record (will be required to drive company vehicles).
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

The role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day, and frequently lifting and moving heavy items. All employees must adhere to company safety guidelines.

Full‑time:
Monday through Saturday. Sundays are off, plus one additional weekday off. Schedules may change to meet business needs.

Location:

Beaumont, TX – Competitive salary range $45,000.00–$52,000.00.
