Job Description

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) for the General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, and Style teams. As a Guest Advocate, you will provide exceptional guest service, work efficiently, and maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience.
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests and helping them with their needs.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-up, and Registry.
• Support Cash Office processes as needed.

• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility when picking up shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
