The Sales Associate supports management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximizing profitability. We believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

• Meet sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge; assist customers in merchandise selection based on their needs.
• Stay informed about current sales and promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards.
• Handle merchandise properly, maintain visual presentation, prevent loss, and perform other duties as directed.
• Participate in visual directives including store sets and zone maintenance.

• Model and promote the MAPS principles, offering a seamless omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure efficient register operations, staying current on policies.
• Encourage buying decisions, achieve add-on sales, and sign up clients for rewards programs.
• Build customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and communicate effectively with clients.

• Support replenishment activities to keep the store stocked.
• Assist with locate fulfillment and visual displays, including floor sets and signage.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving approach.
• Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 16 years or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays

• Constant walking/standing (67-100%) of shift
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%) of shift
• Frequent climbing (34-66%) of shift
