Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, walls, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. A love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
