Position Overview

We are hiring General Managers and Restaurant Managers to manage our high‑volume, full‑service restaurants. Candidates must have at least 2 years of management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service environment and be able to motivate staff, maintain a fun atmosphere and manage profit and loss and inventory.

Essential Duties Daily Operations
  • Manage shifts: decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests.
  • Provide daily direction on operational and procedural issues.
Hospitality
  • Ensure positive guest experience; respond to complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
Leadership
  • Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff.
  • Maintain a fun, playful atmosphere free of intimidation, discrimination, harassment or poor attitude.
Training
  • Train and develop hourly employees; provide coaching and evaluation.
  • Ensure steps of service are followed and front‑of‑house staff deliver PEAKS service.
  • Hold kitchen staff accountable for sanitation and the “10 Absolutes of a Twin Peaks Cook.”
Recruiting
  • Proactively recruit staff meeting or exceeding brand image and costume standards.
Employee Management
  • Hire, supervise, counsel and train hourly employees.
  • Maintain organized training schedules and programs.
  • Create weekly shift schedules per company policy.
Financials
  • Ensure accurate, timely completion of financial and payroll duties.
  • Estimate food and beverage costs and work with corporate for efficient provisioning.
  • Place orders with distributors and schedule delivery of fresh food and supplies.
Standards
  • Dress and act professionally.
  • Correct violations of Twin Peaks standards at any time.
  • Adhere to company standards, service levels and cost controls.
  • Enforce sanitary practices and compliance with laws and ordinances.
  • Serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with the law.
Supervision Received

This position reports directly to the General Manager and Director of Operations.

Supervision Exercised

All restaurant staff are supervised by this role.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
  • Substantial experience managing high‑volume restaurants and/or bars.
  • Proficiency in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, record‑keeping and reporting.
  • Capacity to handle multi‑step instructions and rapidly changing situations.
  • Math skills: accurate checkout, bank deposits and change calculation.
  • Completion of required food and alcohol service certifications.
  • Effective communication in English;
    Spanish skills are helpful.
  • High school diploma required.
  • MS Word and Excel proficiency.
  • Serv Safe certification required.
Work Environment
  • Regular exposure to kitchen fumes, hot/humid conditions, cleaning chemicals and cigarette smoke.
  • Loud ambient noise typical of restaurant operations.
Physical Demands
  • Stand for up to 10 hours; walk; use hands for carrying or operating controls; talk and hear.
  • Reach frequently with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally sit; lift or move up to 40 pounds.
