We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical to join our healthcare team. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patients health status, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques as necessary for patient evaluation.
- Assist in critical care situations, ensuring timely interventions for patients with acute needs.
- Work effectively with individuals with disabilities, providing tailored care approaches.
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to support effective patient assessments and interventions.
- Engage in senior care practices, addressing the unique needs of elderly patients.
- RN (Required)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Cerner or similar electronic health record systems proficiency for medical documentation
- Strong understanding of critical care protocols and procedures
- Experience or training in administering dermal fillers is a plus but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse healthcare team while maintaining a patient-centered focus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Nursing: 1 year (Required)
