The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for organizing and directing the daily activities of the clinic.

• Provides an appropriate clinic environment for patient care by maintaining the patient areas in an orderly manner and maintaining neatness of the work environment.
• Demonstrates interpersonal competencies such as problem solving, negotiation, and conflict management.
• Ensures clinic has appropriate staffing while determining priorities of self and other office personnel based on current demands of service.
• Organizes work flow and implements new phases to the office. Prepares daily/monthly/quarterly reports, troubleshoots, and organizes training sessions, as well as, organizes and maintains all pertinent files and records related to the clinic location and staff.
• Interacts with physician practices, pharmacies, etc. for clinician referral orders, prescriptions and other items necessary to assist the clinician to be more productive and grow volumes, while maintaining a professional level of conduct at all times.
• Participates in in-service programs and other self-directed learning activities to promote practice, as well as, actively participates in the clinic performance improvement activities.
