  • Document completed work and communicate issues to supervision
What We’re Looking For Required

  • Ability to read weld symbols, drawings, and work scopes

  • Comfortable working at heights, outdoors, and in confined spaces
  • Willingness to work evening shift consistently
Preferred
  • Railcar or tank car welding experience
  • 2+ years of industrial or structural welding experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with rail industry safety practices
  • Valid driver’s license
Key Traits for Success
  • Quality-Driven:
Takes pride in clean, consistent welds

  • Reliable:

Open to feedback and learning rail-specific standards
  • Team-Oriented:
Works well with inspectors, leads, and fellow welders
Work Environment

  • Exposure to heat, cold, noise, fumes, and dust
  • PPE and respirator use required
  • Confined space and elevated work at times
