Maintain a safe and clean facility to ensure members have a positive first and last impression. You will be on your feet and on the go, performing cleaning, maintenance, and safety tasks as needed.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform housekeeping tasks in areas such as floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills and dispose of waste in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Monitor and rotate chemical supplies, store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
• Operate floor scrubbers and assist with general maintenance to support a positive member experience.

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary and providing a positive attitude at all times.
• Contribute to a strong first and last impression for customers and members.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks and priorities while keeping member satisfaction as a top priority.

Minimum qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Preferred qualifications

• Prior maintenance or custodial experience is beneficial but not required.
