** About the Supervisor of Maintenance Position
**** What You Get to Do:
*** Supervise, coach, and develop a team of up to 12 technicians.
* Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and manage performance.
* Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and training programs.
* Function as the key liaison between technical teams and operations.
* Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues with minimal operational disruption.
* Support new projects and process improvements.
* Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
* Monitor adherence to federal, state, and company regulations.
* Conduct audits and maintain accurate records.
* Promote a safety-first mindset across all tasks and projects.
* Lead hands-on troubleshooting and repair of industrial systems.
* Support facility operations with expertise in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
** What You Bring to the Table:
*** High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) from an accredited educational institution.
* Ideally, 5+ years of experience in pipeline maintenance or similar oil & gas role.
* Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record to drive company and personal vehicles to perform required tasks.
* Work extended hours, as needed, including weekends and holidays.
* Ability to obtain HAZWOPER and Operator Qualification certifications.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills.
* Effective communicator and team builder.
* Proficient in systems like Maximo, Oracle Procurement, and Enablon.
* Skilled in budgeting, decision-making, and performance management.
* Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company’s core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.
* Self-motivated, have a phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth.
* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field of study from an accredited technical college or university.
* Leadership experience within Colonial Pipeline.
* Forklift training/licensing, hazardous waste operations, or electrician license.

Conditions:

** Work indoors and outdoors at all hours in all weather conditions near refined petroleum products. Physical mobility to sit, stand, reach, pull, push and bend. Digital dexterity for operation of calculator, PC keyboard and mouse. Hearing in the normal range Lift up to 20 pounds. Speak at a normal voice range. Climb stairs, vertical ladders up to 10 ft. and tank steps as high as 60 ft.
