  • Help organize outreach activities, educational sessions, and communications that explain the cancer center’s services and referral processes.
  • Support a positive working relationship with external partners and community organizations involved in cancer care and prevention.
Quality, Safety & Patient Experience
  • Support development and tracking of quality indicators, patient satisfaction measures, and performance improvement efforts.
  • Help ensure that patient experience at the cancer center is consistent with Riceland’s standards of compassionate, coordinated care.
  • Participate in or help organize multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions as needed.
