Job Duties
  • Provides an appropriate clinic environment for patient care by maintaining patient areas in an orderly manner and keeping the work environment neat.
  • Demonstrates interpersonal competencies such as problem solving, negotiation, and conflict management.
  • Ensures clinic has appropriate staffing while determining priorities of self and other office personnel based on current demands of service.
  • Organizes workflow and implements new phases to the office; prepares daily/monthly/quarterly reports, troubleshoots, and organizes training sessions, as well as maintains all pertinent files and records related to the clinic location and staff.
  • Interacts with physician practices, pharmacies, etc. for clinician referral orders, prescriptions and other items necessary to assist the clinician to be more productive and grow volumes, while maintaining a professional level of conduct at all times.
  • Participates in in‑service programs and other self‑directed learning activities to promote practice, as well as actively participates in clinic performance improvement activities.
Required

Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of related experience.
