About The Role

Home Instead Beaumont is seeking a Client Care Advisor / Client Advocate to support seniors and their families from day one. This role focuses on new client acquisition and onboarding, ongoing care advocacy, and service quality, serving as of contact throughout the client journey.

Pay: $45,000-$60,000 (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Beaumont, TX

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients and family members to assess care needs, safety risks, routines, and personal preferences.
• Perform non-medical care assessments, including activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and cognition.
• Educate clients and families on Home Instead home care services through and pricing structures; serve as a trusted advisor and advocate.
• Onboard new clients, guiding them through services and care expectations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support and monitor care plans and evolving service needs.
• Communicate client concerns to caregivers and care teams.
• Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care.
• Document client interactions in care management systems.

• Experience in healthcare, home care, senior care, or client services.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service backgrounds also welcomed.
