If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- High School Diploma required
- Associates Degree preferred
- Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required
- Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
As a PCS Associate Director, you will:
- Direct management assigned branch staff including recruiting, hiring, staff development and discipline. Provide
guidance and direction to assigned branch leadership. - Identify opportunities for operational improvement of assigned staff, and develops and implements plans.
- Supports the Director in the day-to-day management of all office staff and related activities including recruiting,
hiring, assessment activity, staffing/scheduling, risk management requirements, payroll/billing requirements, and
all compliance and human resource needs. - Partner with the Director to communicate procedural changes to office staff and provide ongoing oversight to
ensure compliance. - Work with area and regional leadership to maintain branch operational consistency across the region.
Ensure adherence to applicable company policies and procedures, and all applicable compliance
requirements for the branch. Monitor compliance and report any opportunities for improvement to
leadership.
