Civil Project Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join a growing consulting engineering team focused on municipal and private site development projects. • Perform civil engineering assignments including design, analysis, and plan production under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• Prepare civil engineering deliverables such as construction documents, specifications, drainage studies, and due diligence reports.
• Assist with all phases of municipal and private site development projects, including water production, water distribution, wastewater treatment, sanitary sewer collection, street rehabilitation, and drainage improvements.
• Lead or support design teams, delegating tasks to junior engineers or designers and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with permitting agencies to submit deliverables, address comments, and secure approvals.
• Apply sound engineering judgment to perform design calculations and implement them according to standard methodologies.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred, but highly motivated EITs are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with municipal and private site development projects preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt in a collaborative, flexible team environment.
