A company is looking for a Medicaid Instructional Designer and Trainer - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs across various environments Create eLearning and digital training materials using authoring tools Evaluate training effectiveness and provide post-training support to reinforce knowledge retention

Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in instructional design, training, or facilitation 1-3 years of experience designing computer-based training or eLearning modules Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual learning platforms Experience supporting Medicaid or government healthcare programs preferred
