This is a full-time, on-site position located in Beaumont, TX. The Academic Teacher will be responsible for delivering educational instruction in alignment with Windham’s curriculum.

• Develop lesson plans
• Teach assigned subjects
• Assess student progress
• Provide individualized instruction
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to motivate students and support their academic and personal development

• Strong skills in Teaching, Education, and Training
• Experience in Curriculum Development and instructional planning
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage and motivate students
• Passion for education and commitment to supporting at-risk populations
• A valid teaching certification or the ability to obtain one in the state of Texas
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and student groups
• Experience teaching in non-traditional settings is a plus
