This is a private practice model with a hospital contract that blends the efficiency of private practice with the collaborative feel of an academic setting, without the administrative burden. Practice & Clinical Details

• Join a group of 3 physicians

• Dedicated documentation and clerical support allows physicians to focus on patient care

• Morning inpatient pulmonary / critical care rounds, afternoon outpatient pulmonary clinic

• Open ICU supported by 24/7 respiratory therapy and acute care NPs

• Procedures optional

• Sleep medicine optional and welcomed

• Call is reasonable and equitably split

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $450,000 + productivity bonus
