Role SummaryWe’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of dedicated behavioral health professionals. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support a team of clinicians providing behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Conduct clinical assessments and help design individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee data collection and analysis to track patient progress and inform treatment decisions.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, including assessments, evaluations, and treatment records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective, evidence‑based treatment strategies.
- Mentor clinical staff and provide training on behavioral therapy best practices.
- Stay up to date with regulatory and organizational guidelines to maintain compliance across services.
- Direct experience working with children in behavioral health settings.
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques, especially for developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a client‑centered mindset.
- Completion of at least 12 units of a Master’s‑level program in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
- Proficiency in data‑driven treatment planning and diagnostic evaluation.
- Experience supervising RBTs or BTs.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
