Hourly rate: $28‑$35 DOE + monthly bonuses.

We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of dedicated behavioral health professionals. • Supervise and support a team of clinicians providing behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Conduct clinical assessments and help design individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee data collection and analysis to track patient progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, including assessments, evaluations, and treatment records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective, evidence‑based treatment strategies.
• Mentor clinical staff and provide training on behavioral therapy best practices.
• Stay up to date with regulatory and organizational guidelines to maintain compliance across services.

• Direct experience working with children in behavioral health settings.
• Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques, especially for developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a client‑centered mindset.
• Completion of at least 12 units of a Master’s‑level program in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).

• Proficiency in data‑driven treatment planning and diagnostic evaluation.
• Experience supervising RBTs or BTs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
