• Daytime hospitalist, 7 on/off
• Be part of a collaborative and comprehensive health care team
• All patients will have a Well Med‑employed, contracted, or affiliated PCP
• Our model is designed to provide the most efficient, comprehensive, and proven care techniques to treat the whole patient – physically, mentally, and socially
• Quality vs. Quantity Model – typically 10 to 13 patients per day per hospitalist
• Patient panel is limited to geriatrics with Medicare Advantage coverage

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, or currently completing an accredited residency program
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
• Valid DEA license, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
• Working understanding and support of a managed care environment

The salary range for this role is $260,000 to $387,000 per year for full‑time employment. Pay is based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more.
