Under general supervision, perform a variety of moderately responsible clerical work that includes maintaining office and program files, handling student, teacher and public contacts, typing reports, and performing other related office duties.

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date office and program files and data.
• Handle a variety of student, teacher and public contacts.
• Type reports, correspondence, and other documents.
• Use standard office equipment and computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google environments.
• Other clerical duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of clerical experience.
• Keyboarding speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and computer applications.
• Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
• Applicants may receive credit for up to 3 years of external experience.

Pay Range: $21.90 – $29.97 per hour. External hires may start at a maximum of $24.63 per hour.
